Why 918, Aditya Palwankar was born on the 18th of September 1994; hence the name 918; it also pays homage to some cool things that start with 918, ex: the Porsche 918 Spyder, the Author himself, just the figure 918; they go well together. You can google more about what's historic with 9-18.
A quick introduction about me, I am an Industrial designer by profession, with a specialization in automotive design; I was fortunate enough to be a part of India's one of the most memorable design schools before it got shut down, so across the globe, there are lucky 800 or so of us fellow students who have been part of something tremendous and which shaped our journey's today. Born out of my curiosity to learn new technology and apply design skills to them, I decided to create the918.blog project; for example, the logo design could be considered a brand development project or the blog site starts as primarily a hard-coded HTML/ CSS website. It will continue to grow as I learn and apply more technologies and tools for web development; running a blog also teaches me backend technology, web hosting, web security etc.
I co-founded Alt Innovate Technologies with one of my design school batchmates. This blog is also an avenue to share and document my journey as an entrepreneur as I continue to achieve all my dreams. And highlight and share key moments and events related to my start-up & life!
A little bit about me, I am spiritual and a bit of a nerd; I love Star Wars and fictional stuff, have a vivid imagination and sneakers, cars, motorbikes, and love for two wheels and motorsports (MotoGP, IOMTT, F1) I am a Gooner, and only started following football back in 2020, I am looking forward to moving to Europe in the coming years and travel to space some day.
